These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from Uniforms4All. By ordering goods from Uniforms4All you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. The supplier of the goods featured is Uniforms4All, a trading name of Uniforms4All Limited. Orders
A contract is formed between Uniforms4All Limited and you when we despatch the goods you have ordered. Until the goods are despatched, the order may be cancelled. Exceptions apply to personalised items and goods made to your order, which cannot be cancelled once you have received email confirmation that your order has been accepted. Delivery Charges
We aim to despatch all items within 7-10 working days of the order being placed, but may in some instances be sooner. Delivery will be by either courier subject to geographic location or by Royal Mail first class delivery, the cost for delivery is £3.95 per order. For courier deliveries, a signature is required upon receipt of the delivery. Delivery is usually during business hours Monday to Friday. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Store Collections
Store collections are free. This service is available from our store at 12 Park Road, Peterborough, PE1 2TD, you will be advised by e-mail when your order is ready for collection. Please take one form of personal identification e.g. driving license or utility bill and either confirmation of your order or copy of the collection advice e-mail.
Returns
You may return any item within 10 days of receipt, in a new and unused condition. If you return items after this time we may refund only the current or last selling price of the item. Returned items which are not in new or unused condition or which are returned after the approval period may not be credited unless they are faulty. If you return the whole order we will not refund the delivery charge as this part of our service to you has been completed. All returns are made at the custome’rs expense with the exception of faulty goods returned within 10 days of receipt and accompanied by the delivery note, when the cost of postage will be reimbursed.
No refunds or exchanges can be given on items made to your specification, such as personalised garments, special order items, made to measure items, unless there is a manufacturing defect. For hygiene reasons, packs of tights and socks cannot be returned if unwrapped unless faulty.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returns to Store
This service is available free of charge. If you are returning an item via our store, please take your delivery note with you. Certain items cannot be returned, as detailed above. If you return the whole order we will not refund the delivery charge as this part of our service to you has been completed.
Payments
By credit & debit cards
We accept most major credit and debit cards. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained.
By cheque
We do not accept payment by cheque.
Prices
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. The correct price will be shown on your delivery note. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within ten days and is in new condition. Certain products cannot be returned. See Returns section above, for details. All prices shown are cash prices in sterling. At times, due to on-line promotions, prices of goods displayed in and ordered through the web-site may differ from prices in store.
Availability
All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute a suitable alternative product of equal quality and value. Labels may vary from those shown.
Colour Reproduction
The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate.

Sizes
Please check that the correct sizes are ordered. All products are delivered according to the size you have ordered and are made to order and cannot therefore be cancelled or altered once the order has been placed.
Cancellations
As all items are made to order, cancellation is not possible once the order has been placed. This is due to the products' bespoke nature.
Returns
Products are all made to order so can only be returned if faulty. If you wish to arrange for goods to be returned, please contact us. If the products are/is considered faulty by Uniforms4All or the manufacturer, we will at our discretion either rectify the problem or offer a full refund and you will incur no return postage costs. If the returned goods are found not to be faulty a fee for carriage will be charged and the goods will be returned to you with no credit being made to your account or refund given.
Availability
All products are subject to availability. Availability is usually advised when placing an order but if this is not possible we will advise of any delay as soon as possible.
Product Range Revisions
The Company continually seeks to improve its products and reserves the right to alter, delete or add any item, colour, size or service from its range without prior notice.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable to the Customer under the Contract in any way whatsoever for destruction, damage, delay or inability to carry out its business arising out of war or civil commotion, strikes, lockout and industrial disputes, failure of utility service or transport network, fire, storm, explosion, floods or bad weather, breakdown of machinery or plant, malicious damage, compliance with any law governmental order rule direction or regulation or any act of God or default of suppliers or sub-contractors. The Company shall further be under no liability to the Customer for any circumstances beyond the Company's control.
